We are very happy with the result – both selection of furniture / design, overall effect, and how the job was conducted. The company has a relaxed, 'don't worry, we will sort it out' approach and they were great to deal with.

We purchased some new sanitary ware for our new cloakroom that our builders fitted as part of our extension. The service provided by the team though was really good. Also Amy was also friendly and very willing to help with any matters we asked about. I prefer to deal with smaller local businesses for this very reason. Going to a chain supplier like Bathstore cannot offer this level of service. 10/10!
